Astronomy graduate student Broxton Miles will give a public talk on:

“The Life and Death of Stars”

Venue: Gallalee Hall, RM 227, Time 7:00 – 7:30 p.m.

 

Prof. Murray Silverstone will lead a public observing session at Gallalee Hall, following the public talk.

Night sky objects visible: Orion Nebula; Pleiades

Please note, public observing sessions are conditional on good weather. In case of cloudy or inclement weather, including high winds, public observing will be cancelled. Please check the weather forecast for the day and the Dept. of Physics & Astronomy public observing website before traveling.
